"Would love to get your product here in NJ. Please do so quickly as I'm having withdrawal pains! I was in Maine last week and bought several packages of the blueberry variety and they are ALL GONE! Thanks for making a GREAT product.”

Gluten Free and GMO Free

Quality ingredients are the reason our crisps are so tasty and good for you. While the name buckwheat has the word "wheat" in it, technically it's a pseudocereal grain and naturally gluten-free because it's a cousin of rhubarb. All of the ingredients are GMO Free. No preservatives, artificial flavors, gelling agents or flavor enhancers are ever used. The crisps were laboratory tested and certified at less than 10 parts per million ("PPM") of gluten which is well below the FDA threshold of 20PPM.

"I think you are brilliant, they are everything a cracker should be. Crispy, enough salt and enough sweet to pair with cheese. Especially goat cheese."

Fair Prices for Farmers

We purchase many ingredients directly from small family farms that practice sustainable agriculture. We pay a higher price for their products than we would purchasing from huge agricultural commodity processors. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are reflected in the crisps. As the crisp business grows we will continue to purchase from these small farms and others.

The Bouchard Family grows and mills buckwheat in the beautiful St. John's Valley of Maine.

"We would LOVE to carry your amazing crisps in our store.  We are located in a quintessential red barn in the quaint village of Cape Porpoise in Kennebunkport. We opened on April 30th and business has been amazing.  We are focusing on small batch makers and creators and your products will fit in perfectly!"

Our Crisps - A Cracker Redefined

Our handmade crisps are enjoyable by themselves or served with cheese, fresh figs or a smokey chutney. They pair particularly well with chevre, creamy blues or aged sheep cheese. The flavor of these crisps are rich and distinctive. Gone are the days when a cracker was nothing more than a vehicle for a topping. Our crisps, a cracker redefined, are well placed in the company of fine wine, craft beer and great cheese.
